Until mid-2018, Bob was Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, a national leader in the Retirement and Benefits markets for public schools and other public and private employees. In a ten-year span, with over forty acquisitions, and rapid growth, USRBP became one of the leading independent firms in the field and completed a successful recapitalization, continuing as a growing national enterprise today.
In prior years, Bob was the co-founder of The Copeland Companies which was later acquired and became a division of Citigroup. In turn, Copeland became the Associates’ Division of CitiStreet when Citigroup and State Street Bank formed the CitiStreet joint venture in 2000. Bob served as founding president and member of the board of CitiStreet, the global benefits delivery company.
In his role as Chairman and CEO of Copeland and later as President of CitiStreet and Chairman and CEO of the Associates’ Division, Bob attracted key management talent and developed the strategies that led to CitiStreet becoming the second-largest retirement plan record keeper in the country.
Bobby Dughi is the Chief Executive Officer of Remotiv, having served in various senior management capacities in his tenure with the company since 2006. He began his career focused on supporting the Advisors who use the Remotiv program as their custom total retirement readiness solution. His responsibilities have included the onboarding and support of all existing client relationships, marketing and promotion, management of the client support and implementation teams, and internal support for national sales efforts. He was appointed CEO in 2019 and named Chairman in 2021.
In 2008, Bobby left Remotiv to earn a Master’s degree in Performance Psychology. He co-founded and served as CEO of Achieve Insights in 2010, a consulting firm that specializes in maximizing performance. Bobby was instrumental in developing online performance programs and frequently hired as a speaker focused on leadership, personal performance, and team dynamics. His experience and relationships in Sport and Performance Psychology were essential to the development of the industry differentiating Remotiv Retirement Savings Coach program and Savings Mindset Coach mobile app.
Prior to his current role, Lee held several key senior technical positions within the software industry. With Axway, Lee was responsible for architecting and implementing secure file transmission platforms in the Financial Services industry. With Inovis, Lee was responsible for architecting and maintaining the Inovis data center and suite of B2B applications.
Steve Maschino is the Co-Founder and President of Remotiv. A frequent speaker at industry forums, Steve is a well-known, accomplished veteran with 35 years of experience. He has led the evolution of the Remotiv solutions strategy and development. Steve is in charge of the ‘go-to-market efforts and the development of our multiple distribution channels.
Prior to his current role, Steve was Senior Vice President for CitiStreet/Copeland. In this role, he was responsible for the defined contribution and employee benefit sales efforts for The Copeland Companies and CitiStreet. Steve’s responsibilities over the 23 years he was with Copeland and CitiStreet included case acquisition, case retention, management of the Regional Sales Managers and their Sales Representatives.
Brian Kim joined Remotiv as an Implementation Specialist in 2013, after graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering. He first ascended to Team Lead of Implementations and began managing Implementation processes and Quality Assurance.
As he began to train and manage the other Implementation Specialists and managing Client Relationships, he was then promoted to Director of Implementations. He continued to expand his knowledge while working full time earning a Master’s of Business Administration Degree from the University of Miami in 2019 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations upon graduating.
As Vice President of Operations, he managed processes and operations across all product lines and the organization’s infrastructure. Brian was appointed COO in 2020, and obtained his Series 65 License in 2021 to also serve as the Operating Compliance Officer. Brian’s current responsibilities include managing processes and operations across all product lines. In addition, he is head of Client Relationships and Quality Assurance. As a member of the executive team, Brian coordinates operational alignment and compliance.
Hayden Lee is the Client Success Manager and joined Remotiv in September of 2021. As part of her duties, Hayden focuses on building and maintaining relationships with both current and prospective clients. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and innovation to every Remotiv partnership. In addition, she also oversees the Personal Coaching team which aims to provide unconflicted and personalized financial coaching to thousands of employees.
Prior to joining Remotiv, Hayden was part of the workplace planning consulting group at Fidelity Investments. In this role, she was responsible for client engagement, service, and account management for 401(k) participants.
